Warren & Katie

Over the last year I have felt a shift in the photography industry like I have yet to experience before. I’m not sure if it’s my tenure in this creative business, trends blowing in a very different direction than of my own art, the world changing more quickly because of social media or my own personal journey through some of life’s challenges that have left me feeling unsure of what this business holds. My passion for serving has not wavered, I continue to embrace the seasonal workflow of this work and continue to learn ways to weather it well long term and better thrive in this part of this job and I truly feel deep gratitude for the amazing people and experiences I have had the privilege of working with and having had thus far.

As I ponder the future and reflect on the past I am still filled with hope that my time serving in this industry is not yet finished. I am slowly finding my confidence and voice and way back to creating from the place of blessing, care and preservation that I hope will be a piece of the legacy I myself am leaving. I believe that art can be enjoyed in many different ways and that as a whole we artists need to keep growing and challenging ourselves continually. I do believe that despite the shifts in trends, differing offerings and more and more focus on digital instant media that there are those who value rich experience, timeless memories and tangible legacy pieces that they can cherish for generations.

And so it is my hope that if you are one of my treasured clients, like Warren and Katie, or someone else who values family, cherished memories and timeless, soul filled, heirloom art that you would connect with a small creative business, like my own and let us help you preserve your life’s big and small moments in a way that will stand the test of time and changing technology and that will enhance the love you share with those you cherish most.
